Return, Refund, and Non-Delivery Policy

RETURN, REFUND AND NON-RECEIPT POLICY

1. Inspection upon Receipt

Upon receipt of your order, we invite you to immediately check the condition of the package and products.

Any anomaly must be reported within 5 days to the address: ocamanid@ocamanid.com by attaching photos of the product and packaging.

2. Damaged or Defective Product

If a product is broken, damaged or has a defect:

After validation by our customer service, you can choose:

  • a product replacement
  • a refund

Return and re-shipping costs are covered by Ocamani D.

Responsibility may be attributed to the carrier.

3. Package Indicated as Delivered but Not Received

If the tracking indicates "delivered" but you have not received anything, you must contact us within 48 hours.

A non-receipt attestation may be requested from you.

After receiving this signed document, we will proceed with a new shipment or a refund without waiting for the carrier's investigation to be completed.

Any false declaration engages the responsibility of the declarant.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification.

The product must be returned:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • in its original packaging

Return costs remain at the customer's expense.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the return.

5. Digital Products

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, downloaded digital content does not benefit from any right of withdrawal after accessing the file.

6. Return Procedure

All requests must be made by email to: ocamanid@ocamanid.com stating:

  • order number
  • name
  • reason for the request

No returns will be accepted without prior contact.

7. Package Lost During Transit

If a package is declared lost by the carrier, we will proceed with a replacement or a refund.

Processing occurs after the carrier's investigation is opened, except in cases of non-receipt with a signed attestation.
